We recruit mainly from mainly India, South Africa and UAE and across mainland Europe. We have a team of experts in recruiting from overseas and the processes involved.
In 2019, 80% of our International Nurses and Midwives placed came from Kerala in India, this has now led to Servisource opening our very own processing office in India.
The onboarding of our candidates is what makes us unique, each nurse is met at the airport by a Servisource employee together with a Welcome Pack, this contains a sim card in order for the nurse to call loved ones back home to let them know they have arrived safely. We escort the nurse to their accommodation ensuring they settle into their new surroundings.

This unique onboarding process coupled with Postplacement aftercare has proven to increase retention.
