Senior Care Assistant (days) – 42 hours p/w - £15.21 ph (paid breaks) – Outskirts of Oxford
A brand new, luxury care home in the west outskirts of Oxford requires an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of care assistants.

Role Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing the kind of care that will give residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence
- Maintaining accurate records
- Assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication
- Supporting a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and you’ll be a real influence on the rest of the team
Requirements:
- A brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people
- Good at record keeping and able to manage your time effectively
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- An S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is desirable
