Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our pool of locum staff in the Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim and surrounding areas. As an HCA with Servisource, you will have the opportunity to work temporary shifts in various healthcare settings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in a healthcare or caregiving role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the healthcare facility.
• Relevant certifications such as Manual Handling, Basic Life Support and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults are advantageous.
